As the swelling goes down, I’d look like my mother’s twin and I really like the way it looks. I have to learn how to adjust me holding my lips because my teeth were bucked, But I’m getting comfortable in the skin that I’m in now and I am really loving the outcome. Of course there are some few details that are uncomfortable, but I’m pretty sure as time pass they will.

Customer service, care coordination, communication and actual care were all provided with friendly and caring professionalism. I didn’t have to worry about anything, apart from healing!

We were very nervous for our 9 year old to receive anesthesia for a tooth pull, but after meeting the staff they reassured us all! Our anesthesiologist walked the three of us through each step of what to expect and made our son actually feel excited that he got to hold the mask himself which made him feel a little more in control. The gentle touch and compassion shown was so relieving as a mom that I know he was in good hands!

Quantum was great to work with for our daughter’s oral surgery. Our anesthesiologist called the night before her procedure and ran through exactly what he planned to do, as well as potential routes based on the exact circumstances day-of. Our girly went under easily and woke up with no upset, and has been recovering great since.

Dr. Graham Cotton was who was assigned to administer general anesthesia to me.
He is the Best anesthesiologist. He took time to listen to my questions and concerns.
Dr. Cotton actually placed the IV in my arm as opposed to the friable vessels in my hand.
No other anesthesiologist actually listened to my request and went the extra mile to place the IV line in my arm.
In addition he is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to converse with.
I will request him if I need another treatment.
Hopefully I don’t, but I highly recommend this provider.

Describe the process reviewed my medical history and explained what I can expect after surgery. I am totally satisfied with the manner in which my anesthesia was handled.

Quantum’s staff is top notch! Professional, friendly & kind. From Mary in billing, to Jenny in scheduling. They went above & beyond to answer my questions and get me squared away. And I can’t say enough good things about my anesthesiologist, Mary. She was warm, caring & funny and took excellent care of me!

So glad I opted for the anesthesia. Everything went very well and I had no pain. The anesthesiologist explained the procedure and made sure he had all the relevant information to ensure success. I would use this service again if needed.

We used Quantum Anesthesia when my toddler had some extensive dental work that needed to be completed. Unfortunately, he was not able to tolerate local anesthesia so we opted to go the GA route and get everything done at the same time. We had the pleasure of working with Mr. Gram Cotton, CRNA during this process. He was great at explaining the entire procedure and stayed after the procedure was completed to make sure we didn’t have any questions/concerns and that my son came out of recovery safely.

My experience is excellent. First I was given an explanation of everything that will be done. The person was very polite, and make me trust him completely. He placed an IV very quickly, gave me oxygen mask, and I don’t remember anything from this point. I woke up after the procedure. Unfortunately they weren’t there anymore, so I was not able to express my appreciation. I am grateful, and highly recommend their services.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with my anesthesiologist, Laura. She was highly competent, empathetic, calm and professional. I was very apprehensive and nervous about my procedure but Laura had reviewed all of my medical history and she basically came up with a plan that suited me and made me feel safe. Best of all, I felt great afterwards (I had been worried about nausea, among other things). She taught me a few things and helped me get through what could have been an even more stressful situation than it turned out to be. I have nothing but respect and admiration for her and Quantam. They obviously know what they are doing and take their jobs very seriously.

We were referred to Quantum Anesthesia by our Periodontist who worked with them for my daughter’s in office procedure. Everyone was a pleasure to work with- Elena the office manager responded to all my questions quickly, Jenny in billing was so helpful she even processed my payment over the phone, and Dr Gregory Bogdonoff our Anesthesiologist was so friendly and personable. He took time with us both before and after the procedure to answer all our questions.

I had a dental procedure with my Dental Specialists on Friday, November 15 which required me to be anesthetized. Quantum Anesthesia Services was the anesthesia provider. Understandably I was quite nervous. Dr. Gregory Bogdonoff came in to the consultation room and introduced himself. His professional, personable, professional, warm and patient demeanor immediately put me at ease. I felt like I was in extremely capable hands.

Communication was great and easy in the two weeks leading up to the procedure. The anesthesiologist was wonderful. My adult son has developmental disabilities and gets very anxious and panicky. But the doctor was so kind and genuine that much of my son’s fear disappeared.

The anesthesiologist did a good job of getting the IV in quickly and right to sleep. Had no problems, felt back to normal in about an hour of waking up.

I had extreme anxiety for an oral surgery procedure and Quantum was ABSOLUTELY the best choice for me. Richard Baker was kind and very skilled performing my iv. I wanted to be relaxed and remember nothing. Which was exactly what happened. I had no pain nor bruising from the iv (I usually do) and felt no side effects afterwards either. I highly recommend this anesthesia service.

The nurse anesthesiologist for my son’s oral surgery was very professional yet warm in her approach to how he would be cared for during surgery. She spoke in language that was easily understood to explain medications used for sedation and procedure. She diligently provided updates on his condition post-surgery. I felt like my son was in good hands during his oral surgery, which all parents know is a little nerve frying.

My rhinoplasty surgery went very well. The anesthesiologist did a great job. I feel great the day after. Happy with the services. I would recommend it to others.

This was my first time going completely under, and my anesthesiologist made sure I was completely comfortable and aware of everything he was going to be doing before the procedure began. Very professional! Again, 10/10 would use them again! 😁

The guy (not sure if I can name him) was very professional and knew his job; I was very impressed. Of course, I was out of it in 2 seconds, didn’t feel a thing, and there were no after-effects. He called me the night before and went over everything and explained in detail the medication he was going to use for my surgery, and I think that makes it much more comfortable for the patient. I have never in my life had to be put under, so I appreciate
that, and it wasn’t a surprise to me after his call. THANK YOU for taking good care of me!!

I had a great experience with them. They made me feel comfortable and made my experience 10 times better than my last surgery.

Gram was amazing. He explained his role step by step in a clear and concise manner. He explained everything he was going to do step by step, and before each step explained how it would make me feel. He was extremely kind and answered any questions I had. Very personable. I wasn’t concerned or nervous prior to my procedure, but if I were, I’m confident Gram would have put me even more at ease. Please be sure to let Gram know how much I appreciate his level of care for me.

We worked with them for our 3-year-old’s procedure- they were kind, patient, understanding, and professional. They were able to be extremely descriptive on what to expect and kept informed throughout. This staff and business strives for quality care and a pleasant experience and this is so necessary in today’s healthcare. I cannot express how wonderful my anesthesiologist was for my nasal surgery with an exhaled sinus. This man had such a good bedside manner and made sure I was comfortable. He explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions without rushing me. He even got the IV in my vein on ONE try. Normally, getting the IV in my arm takes 4 to 5 tries and is extremely painful. Unfortunately, I cannot remember his name; I was under anesthesia, after all. I think it was Michael (Edit: it was Richard). Anyway, if you’re reading this, thank you so much for all of your help. I have had so many surgeries in my lifetime, and you were the only one who got the IV in my arm without excessive pain. The world needs more anesthesiologists like him.

The team of care providers excel at the expertise of providing holistic medicine and flow with genuine warmth and kindness. I recommend them as knowledgeable and skilled care providers. I feel they provide a warm atmosphere to the client and comfort in knowing a sense of being in good hands. Dr. Gregg B took the time to get to know me as a person prior to my first experience with anesthesia. I’m 63 & frankly, I was dealing with much anxiety prior to surgery. He listened with a kind heart, & humor as he filled me in on the details. Even the reclining of the chair had me jumping out of my skin, and then he made the gesture of rolling a small towel to reduce the tension in my neck. The extra kindness was so random which has become the most outstanding memory for gratitude. Later, his listening skills & retention put me at ease as he did a very good job, unhurried, with the I.V. I have no seepage bruising this day after. The sedative put me in good humor, as my last memory was a chuckle. He met my request, and I did not have a single memory of the complete removal of my teeth. I awoke groggy & wall walked to recovery on my own accord. Upon following instructions, I did not suffer the long-term effects of anesthesia or Novocain. I’d like to say thank you to Gregg & his quiet assistants.

My 4-year-old daughter had a minor surgery done today at her Orthodontist’s office. The procedure required full-on anesthesia, so naturally, her father and I were very nervous. I had extreme anxiety for an oral surgery procedure, and Quantum was ABSOLUTELY the best choice for me. Richard Baker was kind and very skilled in performing my IV. I wanted to be relaxed and remember nothing, which was exactly what happened. I had no pain nor bruising from the IV (I usually do) and felt no side effects afterward, either. I highly recommend this anesthesia service.

My son’s appointment was delayed about 3 hours which, in turn, resulted in him not being and to eat for longer than expected. The scheduling for his appointment was done poorly.

I’m grateful that the most important part–the actual procedure– was done with the utmost care and professionalism. The doctors were kid friendly and created a welcoming environment for my son. This definitely facilitated our and his overall experience.
