We are in-network with most insurance companies for medical procedures and will bill your insurance directly. Coverage may be subject to your deductible, co-insurance, and copay.
Dental Procedures:
Our dental anesthesia service is a separate entity from our medical anesthesia service and is not in-network with insurance companies. Full payment will be due 4-7 calendar days before the scheduled procedure date. After the procedure, our office staff can provide, upon request, an itemized financial statement along with a copy of your anesthesia chart that you can send to insurance for possible reimbursement
The anesthesia fee is estimated based on the duration of surgery. Additional fees may apply if the surgery lasts longer than expected. A refund will be issued if the surgery took less time than expected, but longer than the daily minimum. Our office staff will contact you with any overages incurred as a result of your surgery taking longer than expected
Procedure cancellation policy and refund policy:
– Over 72 hours (3 days) prior to surgery-100% refund
– 24-72 hours prior to surgery-50% refund
– 24 hours or less prior to surgery-no refund
A $375 deposit will be collected within 48 hours of your booking in order for us to begin the preoperative preparation process. It will be applied towards your final procedure fee. This deposit is nonrefundable in case of cancellation
